What this policy covers
This policy applies to Vinverses and its products, including Vinverses Money and Vinverses Resume. A product may show an additional notice when it introduces a new data use.
Information you provide
Resume details, uploaded documents, profile photos, support messages and account information are collected only when you choose to provide them. Financial calculators may process values you enter, such as income, investment amounts or jewellery weights.
Local drafts and accounts
Vinverses Resume can store a draft in your browser during local development. Browser-stored drafts remain on that device unless you clear site data. When account saving is configured, structured resume data is stored in the authenticated user's private Supabase records.
How information is used
We use information to provide requested tools, save progress, generate resume previews and PDFs, prevent abuse, answer support requests and understand product reliability. Calculator inputs are used to produce the result you request.
Market data and external sources
Vinverses Money displays reference information from named third-party sources. Requests to those sources may expose routine technical information such as IP address and browser details under the source provider's own policy.
Analytics, cookies and advertising
Vercel Web Analytics records anonymous page views and navigation without analytics cookies. Query strings are removed before collection, authentication callback pages are excluded, and resume content, calculator values and pasted media links are not sent to Vercel Analytics. Essential browser storage may keep preferences and drafts. We do not sell personal data or use resume content to target advertisements.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed by hosting, authentication, storage, monitoring or support providers that help operate the service. We limit access to what is needed for that service and may disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the service.
Browser file processing
Published Vinverse image, PDF, ZIP and QR tools process files directly in your browser. Those files are not uploaded to Vinverse, retained by us or included in analytics. Refreshing the tool may clear its current state.
Server file processing
Some future video, audio or document tools may require secure temporary processing. When one is published, the tool will identify that mode before upload. Files will use private temporary storage, short-lived download links and automatic deletion after the configured retention period. No server-processing tool is currently presented as available until that lifecycle is deployed and verified.
Resume imports and retention
PDF and DOCX imports are processed in memory and the original file is not retained by the active import flow. Pasted resume text is used only to create the editable result returned to your browser.
Retention and deletion
Local drafts remain until you replace them or clear browser storage. Account data is retained while the account is active and for a limited period needed for security, legal or backup purposes. You may request access, correction or deletion using the contact below.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Do not place passwords, government identifiers, banking credentials or other unnecessary sensitive information in a resume.
Children
Vinverses is not designed to collect personal data from children without the involvement of a parent or lawful guardian. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal data improperly.
Your choices and rights
You may choose not to provide optional information, remove a profile photo, clear local drafts, or request access, correction or deletion of account data. Applicable law may provide additional rights and grievance options.
Changes
We may update this policy when products or legal requirements change. The updated date will appear here, and material changes will be highlighted in the relevant product.
